Exchanges and Returns Policy

Exchanges

Only products purchased directly from the website can be exchanged. You may return new, unworn, or unused products in their original box within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. If the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no exchange will be offered.

Exchanges do not apply for sale items or discounted items.

Returns

You may exchange new, unworn, or unused products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. You have 14 days from the courier date to exchange your shoes.lk online purchase.
Exchanges are only available for your item’s sizes. If a product has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed FOC and in the case, a shoe cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new shoe of the same value or lesser value.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shoes.lk.
