Eligibility for Exchanges

Only products purchased directly from shoes.lk can be exchanged. If you purchased your products from another website, these products must be returned or exchanged at the original = site from which they were purchased.

Exchange Terms and Conditions

The customer should bear the delivery and return charges, except in cases of product defects. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shoes.lk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the given address, once shoes.lk team accepted the return via Whatsapp or e-mail.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Time Frame

You may return new, unworn, or unused products in their original box within seven (7) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. You have 7 days from the courier date to exchange your shoes.lk online purchase.

Product Condition Requirements

• Products must be new, unworn, and unused
• Items must be in their original packaging/box
• If the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no exchange will be offered

Exclusions

Exchanges do not apply for:

• Sale items
• Discounted items

Exchange Process

Size Exchanges

Exchanges are primarily available for size adjustments of the same item or different item within 7 days from the date of receival.

Value-Based Exchange Policy

• shoes.lk will only allow exchanges for items that are of the same or lesser value as the original style purchased
• If you would like to make an exchange for a style of higher value than the item originally purchased, you need to pay the balance amount
• If a product has any defects or damages, an exchange will be placed free of charge (FOC)
• In cases where a shoe cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new shoe of the same value or lesser value

Online Exchange Service

Online exchanges can be arranged with an additional service fee for your convenience.
