All products sold via shoes.lk are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 14 days from the invoice date, under the following terms:

The maximum liability of shoes.lk is limited to the value of the product purchased. We will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages associated with product use.

Typographical Errors

In case a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to typographical error or data received from suppliers, shoes.lk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed with incorrect details. This applies even if your order has been confirmed or your payment has been processed. In such cases, the amount will be refunded to your card.

Order Acceptance Policy

shoes.lk sells directly to end-user customers and does not accept bulk orders from resellers, wholesalers, or exporters intending to resell the products.

Return & Exchange Policy

- Only products purchased from shoes.lk can be exchanged.
- Items bought from third-party retailers or websites must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original box within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Used products will not be accepted and will be returned without an exchange.
- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are permitted only for items of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid.
- No cash refunds will be issued.

Reselling Policy

Items purchased on shoes.lk are for personal use only and are not to be resold. shoes.lk is not responsible for any issues related to items that have been resold.

Exchanges

New, unused products may be exchanged within 7 days from delivery. The exchange must be for an item of the same or lesser value. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid.

Payment Methods

Card Payments

We accept card payments for Visa, Master and Amex. By placing an order, you authorize shoes.lk to charge your card for the total order value. Payment is processed before the goods are dispatched. Authorization checks are performed for security, including validation of your personal details through third-party databases. These checks ensure sufficient funds and help prevent fraud.

By proceeding, you:
- Confirm that your payment details are accurate.
- Confirm that you are the authorized user of the card.
- Authorize shoes.lk to transmit the necessary payment and delivery details to the card issuer for validation and fraud checks. If authorization fails, your order will not be processed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

You may choose the Cash on Delivery option at checkout. Payment must be made to the courier upon receiving the order. Ensure proper arrangements are made for payment at the time of delivery.

Buy Now Pay Later Payment Options

Koko and Mintpay payment options are also available. In the event of any refunds, customers must adhere to the respective refund policies and guidelines provided by Koko and Mintpay.

Credit Card Validation

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to verification and authorization by their card issuer. If authorization is declined, you will be notified at checkout. In the interest of fraud prevention, we may use your information for security checks. Your data will remain secure at all times.
